Arctozolt

Arctozolt is a dual-type Electric/Ice Pokémon known for its unique appearance, combining features of both a dinosaur and a fish. It has a blue, scaly upper body with a yellow, fin-like structure on its head and a white, fluffy lower body resembling a frozen fish tail. Arctozolt generates electricity by shaking its upper body, which it uses to paralyze its prey. It is known for its awkward movements due to its mismatched body parts, a result of being restored from fossils.
