Orders, Pricing, and Payments

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
• Vouchers, credits, and promotions may be subject to additional terms and eligibility checks.
• We may refuse or cancel orders if fraud is suspected, items are mispriced, or stock is unavailable. If you have been charged, we will refund the amount for cancelled items.

Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
• Ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses.

Returns and Refunds

• Consumers in the UK/EU may have statutory rights, including a right to cancel within 14 days for eligible items not opened or used.
• To start a return, contact us with your order reference. We will provide instructions and eligibility details.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible after we receive and inspect returned items.

Acceptable Use

• No scraping or bulk extraction without prior written consent.
