By accessing or using the Booster Box website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify identity and to refuse or terminate access at our discretion.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are as shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. By placing an order you confirm that all details provided are correct and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

For pull boxes and credit-based features, you purchase credits or spins as described on the site. Credits and store credit are non-refundable except where required by law or as set out in our Shipping & Returns policy (e.g. faulty goods).

We sell trading card game (TCG) products, mystery boxes, and related items. Descriptions and images are for illustration; we do not guarantee that colours or details match exactly. Random or mystery products are sold on the basis that contents are determined by chance according to the odds or mechanics described (see our Fair play page). We do not guarantee any particular outcome from a pull or mystery product.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Booster Box or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Product and TCG names and imagery may be trademarks of their respective owners.

You must not: use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts; interfere with or disrupt the Service; use bots, scrapers, or automated means without permission; resell or commercially exploit the Service in a way that conflicts with these terms; or harass, abuse, or harm others. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booster Box and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
