Fair play

At Booster Box we want every pull to feel fair and transparent. Our pull boxes use a clear, weighted random system so you know how outcomes are determined and can see the contents of each box before you play. Every pull is recorded so the process is auditable and consistent for everyone.

Our pull box is not a form of gambling: you receive a physical or digital item of disclosed value from a known pool every time. There is no wagering on an uncertain outcome; you are purchasing a random selection from a fixed set of products.

Each pull box contains a fixed pool of items. Every item in the pool has a quantity: the number of "slots" or copies of that item in the box. For example, if an item has quantity 5, it occupies 5 slots in the pool; if another has quantity 1, it occupies 1 slot.

When you do a pull, one slot is chosen at random from the entire pool. The more slots an item has, the more likely it is to be chosen. So the outcome is random, but weighted by how many copies of each item are in the box.

The probability of pulling any specific item is:

So if the pool has 100 slots in total and one item has 10 slots, your chance of pulling that item is 10 ÷ 100 = 10%. If another item has 2 slots, the chance for that item is 2 ÷ 100 = 2%. The system uses a single random number to pick one slot from the total, so each pull is independent and the odds match the proportions in the pool exactly.

Before you buy a pull, you can see:

• Full box contents: Every item in the pool is listed on the pull box page, with name, image, value (price), and the quantity of that item in the box.
• Effective odds: Because quantities are visible, you can work out the exact probability of any item (quantity ÷ total slots) before you pull.

After you pull, the outcome is fixed and recorded. You can send the item to your vault or exchange it for store credit at the stated rate. We do not alter outcomes after the fact; the same weighted random process is used for every user and every pull.

• Fixed pool per box: The contents and quantities of each pull box are set by us and displayed to everyone. They are not changed between pulls to favour or disadvantage any user.
• Single random draw: Each pull is one random selection from the pool using the weights (quantities) described. There is no hidden logic that changes odds based on who is pulling or previous results.
• Recorded outcomes: Every pull is stored (e.g. which item was drawn, when, and for which user). This creates a clear audit trail and ensures the same rules apply to all users.
• No outcome manipulation: We do not alter, delay, or substitute the result of a pull after the random selection has been made. What you see as your result is the actual outcome determined by the draw.

Pulls are a form of paid entertainment. Outcomes are random and we cannot guarantee any particular result. Please only spend what you can afford and treat pulls as a game, not a way to make money.
