How we ship your orders, when you can expect delivery, and our returns policy for TCG and collectible products. For damaged or faulty items we will work with you to put things right.
Shipping
We offer Standard (2–5 business days) and Express (1–2 business days) delivery. Standard shipping is £3.99 (free on orders over £100). Express is £5.99 (free on orders over £250). Exact options and prices are shown at checkout.
Orders are dispatched on business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays can occur due to courier or customs. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable address. We are not liable for loss or delay caused by incorrect address details or your failure to accept delivery.
We only ship to the address you provide at checkout and do not ship to forwarding services, parcel concierges, or other middlemen. Orders sent to such addresses may be cancelled or refused.
Returns — General policy
Due to the nature of trading cards and TCG (trading card game) products — including sealed booster packs, mystery boxes, and collectibles — we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, opened products, or because the contents did not meet expectations. Sealed product contents are random and cannot be guaranteed.
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or tampered sealed product
- Dissatisfaction with pull rates, card rarity, or random contents
- Mystery or surprise products once opened
- Items that have been used, played, or altered
When we do accept returns or offer redress
We will work with you in the following cases:
- Damage beyond use: Product arrived damaged (e.g. crushed, water-damaged, or otherwise unfit for use due to transit or packing). We may require photos and/or return of the item.
- Wrong or missing items: You received the wrong product or items are missing from your order. Please contact us promptly with your order number.
- Faulty or defective goods: An item is defective (e.g. misprinted or unplayable in a way that is a manufacturing defect). This does not include normal variation in print quality or random distribution.
To make a claim, contact us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and (where applicable) photos. Claims for damage or wrong/missing items should be raised within 14 days of delivery. We may ask you to return the item at our expense before issuing a refund or replacement. Refunds will be made via the original payment method and within 14 days of us agreeing to the refund.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the UK, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject faulty goods and to a repair or replacement. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
