Metapod

Metapod is a Bug-type Pokémon known for its hard, green shell and its ability to remain motionless. It evolves from Caterpie and is the intermediate stage before evolving into Butterfree. Metapod's primary move is Harden, which increases its defense by stiffening its outer shell. It is often found hanging from tree branches in forests, where it remains still to conserve energy for its eventual evolution.
