The "Diamond & Pearl" expansion (slug: dp1) is the first set in the Pokémon Trading Card Game's Diamond & Pearl Series, introducing players to the Sinnoh region and new Pokémon from Generation IV. This expansion features new gameplay mechanics such as the Level Up system, which enhances Pokémon's powers, and includes various new attacks and abilities for both new and existing Pokémon cards.
