POP Series 1 is the first expansion of a nine-series collection exclusive to Pokémon Leagues, consisting of 17 new cards and 7 reprints. Released in 2004, players could earn 2-card boosters through Pokémon Organized Play events, with all rare cards featuring holographic versions.
